Explain how to conjugate the conditional tense for regular verbs

The conditional tense is formed in two parts. For regular -ir and -er verbs, we use the infinitive as the stem. For regular verbs ending in -re we must first remove the "e" to create the stem. Once we have the stem, we simply add the imperfect endings: (je) -ais, (tu) -ais, (il) -ait, (nous) -ions, (vous) -iez, (ils) -aient.For example:finir -> finirais / finirais / finirait / finirions / finiriez / finiraientaimer -> aimerais / aimerais / aimerait / aimerions / aimeriez / aimeraientvendre -> vendrais / vendrais / vendrait / vendrions / vendriez / vendraient
