What is the best way to prepare for medical school interviews?

Guided practice! I have undergone numerous practice interviews, and seven real interviews for medical school - all of which were succesful. I therefore have a lot of questions which I can ask you! These range from multiple mini-interview style questions asked by medical schools such as Birmingham, to the far more science based questions   asked at Oxbridge. Studying at Oxford, I often speak to the tutors who set the questions, and so know the common themes used in interviews.
