How would you form a sentence using direct and indirect object pronouns together (double object pronouns)?

It is possible to simplify or shorten a sentence by using pronouns to replace objects. For example: Est-ce que Jean a donné la feuille à Pierre? Instead of responding : "Oui, Jean a donné la feuille à Pierre." It is more appropriate to say : "Oui, Jean la lui a donné." The structure of the sentence is important. The first thing to note is that both pronouns are placed before the conjugated verb (a donné). Secondly, the direct object DO pronoun (la) comes before the indirect object IO pronoun (lui) when the indirect object is in the third person (le, la, lui, leur(s)). Subject+ DO+IO+ conjugated verb. The direct object pronoun will come after the indirect object pronoun when the indirect object pronoun is in the 1st and 2nd persons (me, te, nous, vous). For example: "Jean me la donne". Subject + IO+DO+ conjugated verb.
