Jess is an amazing tutor and has helped me so much with my English GCSE journey. I started off with many struggles towards the subject, and wasn't familiar with exam questions or course work. I also wasn't used to my own creative writing. Jess has helped me in my journey, supporting and teaching me how to understand and improve my writing skills. Hasseb and i booked sessions for every wednesday but he said he wasn’t free one day, so i rebooked it for another day. Messaged him asking if this was okay and sent in a meeting request. He accepts the free meeting so i assume he can do it. He then doesn't turn up to the lesson so i ask for a refund or a free session but he doesn’t apologise to me and just says how he was busy. He didn’t communicate to me at all and still hasn’t give me my refund for the lesson he didn’t turn up to.
