Truly five star. Charlotte has been an amazing support for first one daughter and then her twin as well. She is encouraging, easy to talk to and patient and non-judgemental in her explanations. One of my twins has processing issues, and Charlotte has been a major boost to her confidence in Maths. They are both calmly ready for their Maths GCSEs (well, not completely calm, but relative to how they were before Charlotte, they are epically chilled!).
