When nitrogen and hydrogen react in the Haber process the reaction can reach a dynamic equilibrium. Explain what is meant by the term dynamic equilibrium.

In a dynamic equilibrium the rate of the forward reaction is the same as the rate of the reverse reaction and there is no overall change in the amount of each product.
