Define first past the post and List PR voting systems.

First Past the Post is a voting method in which voters are required to indicate on the ballot the candidate of their choice. The candidate who receives more votes than any other candidate wins in the area in question. • List PR system uses the ‘D'Hondt method’. The ‘D’Honte method’ is a highest averages technique for allocating seats in party-list proportional representation. Voters indicate their favoured candidates and the system distributes the seats in a manner which correlates with the vote.
