What is the best way to revise for a Maths A-level?
The best method to revise is through solving past questions and timed exam papers. As long as you have your notes and understand all the basic principles, then you just need to practice in order to avoid getting stuck on a tricky question in the exam.

It is very important to know how to draw the graphs (for example, exponentials, fractions, inverse graphs, arcsin, etc.). It will also help you with other questions such as in C3 to solve range and domain sections.

Something else that students sometimes get stuck on is proving trigonometric equations, this can be very time consuming but my tip would be to start with that you know and try and get the side you have chosen to have the same identities as the opposite side. It may help to write down the relevant identities (such as sin^2x +n cos^2x = 1) on the side to remind yourself. If you think you're not getting very far, then try and do the same with the other side instead, you may find yourself meeting in between.
