Both have a nucleus

Both have cytoplasm

Both have a cell membrane

Both contain mitochondria

Both contain ribosomes

Differences:

Plant cells have a cellulose cell wall

Plant cells have a vacuole containing cell sap

Plant cells have chloroplasts
