What are the main differences between eukaryotic and prokaryotic cells?

Eukaryotic cells have a cell membrane, membrane bound organelles and a nucleus containing DNA. They also have larger (80S) ribosomes. Prokaryotic cells have a cell wall and a cell membrane, circular DNA (plasmids) and non-membrane bound organelles. They also have flagellae and has smaller (70S) ribosomes. Prokaryotes tend to be bacterium. I would want to draw diagrams to help explain the differences but I wasn't able to draw in this box.
