Difference between prokaryote and eukaryote?

Prokaryotes do not have a membrane bound nucleus, eukaryotes do.

Prokaryotes have plasmids.

Prokaryotes have smalled ribosomes than eukaryotes.

Eukaryotes have more organelles than prokaryotes. I.e. eukaryotes have mitochondria, golgi, RER, SER which the prokaryotes do not.
