Integrate sinxcosx dx

Since the question is a trigonometry question, we shall use integration by recognisation, in which case, we found out that the derivative of sin x is cos x.Therefore by chain rule, we can integrate the function into asin^2 X. To find out A we look at the power of sin x and divide 1 with it since sinxcosx is 1sinxcosxThus the answer is sin^2 x/2
