What are the key structural differences between a eukaryotic and prokaryotic cell?

Eukaryotic Cells- Eukaryotic cells are multicellular and more complex- Contain membrane bound organelles, so this includes a nucleus, which contains the genetic material as chromosomes, but other organelles such as mitochondria, golgi-apparatus and endoplasmic reticulum. - Only plant cells, which are a type of eukaryotic cell, have a cell wall.
Prokaryotic - Unicellular and less complex- Contain no membrane bound organelles, so the genetic material is free floating.  - Prokaryotic cells have a cell wall made from glycoprotein.
