Answer: 23 x 33Start by breaking 216 down into easily managed factors, for example the easiest would probably be 2 and 108. From there you can break down the non-prime factors into smaller factors. For 108 this would be 2 and 54, and then for 54 the factors would be 2 and 27 and so on. Finally to express it as a product of its prime factors, you could write it out like this: 2x2x2x3x3x3 and then collect like factors express them as indices as such: 23 x 33
