What is the difference between Areobic and Anaerobic Respriation

Areobic Respiration requires oxygen to release energy,  producing water and carbondioxide as waste products according to equation below

C6H1206 + 6O2 = 6CO2 + 6H20

Areobic respriation occurs in the mitochondria of a cell. 

Anaerobic respiration (in animals) can occur without oxygen to release energy producing lactic acid as a waste product 

C6H12O6 → 2C3H6O3

Anerobic respriation in yeast and plants produces ethanol and carbon dioxide;-

glucose → ethanol + carbon dioxide

C6H12O6 → 2C2H5OH + 2C02

This is used in the brewing or alcohol production
