Describe the differences between Aerobic and Anaerobic respiration in animals.

Aerobic respirations occurs in the presence of oxygen, the products of which are water, carbon dioxide and energy. (glucose + oxygen -> carbon dioxide + water + energy)Anaerobic respiration doesn't use oxygen and produces less energy than aerobic respiration. The product of anaerobic respiration in animals is lactic acid.(glucose -> lactic acid)
