How does blood flow and oxygenation work in respect to the chambers of the heart?

Firstly, blood from the IVC (inferior vena cava), carrying deoxygenated blood from most of the body, after oxygen has been removed from the blood, diffused into the tissues and used for respiration, enters the right Atrium of the heart. Blood flows from the RA to the Right Ventricle through the tricuspid valve, and from the RV to the lungs through the semilunar valve.Oxygenated blood from the lungs enters the Left Atrium, and moves from the LA to the Left Ventricle through the bicuspid valve, which is the largest and strongest chamber of the heart. The LV pumps blood through the other semilunar valve to the rest of the body.
