I've tried to learn all my notes, but what is the best way to prepare for the exam?

It's fantastic if you manage to learn all your notes before the exam, but knowledge isn't everything. It's also about how you apply the knowledge. I would recommend getting to grips with the syllabus, and past papers to really know what the examiners are looking for. This way you can be efficient in your learning, and write exactly what the examiners are looking for to hit that high grade!
