Compare aerobic and anaerobic respiration in a human cell. 3 marks

3 marks, meaning 3 separate points and a minimum of 3 answers for full marks. 1 comparison mentioning each of the points is 1 mark. Use comparators e.g. less and more. Better to be safe than sorry!Compare- can mean similarities and differences, as long as you highlight which are which. With some exam boards the equation can be worth a few marks so it is always good to put down, but always try to put more answers too. Aerobic Requires oxygen. Where? Mitochondria. What? Lots of ATP per glucose molecule. Glucose + O2 --> energy +CO2+H2O or C6H12O6 +6O2--> 6CO2 +6H2OAnaerobic Doesn't require oxygen. Cytoplasm LESS ATP per glucose molecule. Glucose --> energy + lactic acid Glucose completely broken down. Glucose not completely broken down. C6H12O6 --> 2C3H6O3
