What is algebra used for?

Ok I see why you are asking yourself this since right now you are only expressing certain formulae in a different way. Let me first talk about something else before giving you this answer. When you were in year 1 and you started to learn how to read letters you didn’t really know what use this will be as you only pronounce certain symbols in a certain way right. But later on in your life you learn how to use the skills you have learned and are now able to read anything in English, right? And we both know how important reading is for anything and there is no need to stress on that further. Now when it comes to algebra, you should look at is as fundamental building block to learn other things, just like reading certain letters. Once you have mastered these building block there will be a whole new world of algebra to explore.

An example of the use of Algebra is that, using algebra you could solve a Rubik's cube. This means that you could program a computer to solve ANY Rubik's you give to the computer. Also, Algebra is used to secure digital transaction so people cannot still your money. Using Algebra, it can help you run a computer code much faster. This is particularly useful it saves a lot of time. An example of this is that mathematicians have found out that the minimum number of Soduko entries you need to have a unique solution of the Soduko is 17. They used certain tricks to make the code run faster like switch the rows and columns around.
