Is there a difference between English and Scottish Law?

Yes, there a differences between cases and legislation in both Criminal and Civil law. This is because Scottish and English Parliaments have supremacy in their respective regions and seperate court systems. So if you would like to practice Law in England or Scotland then you have to study in that county to learn the correct system.
