  1. Made of structrues called phospholipids with a polar, hydrophobic head region and a non-polar hydrophillic region.

  3. Contains cholesterol which binds to the fatty acid tails to add stength.

  4. Glycoproteins for identification.

  5. Proteins such as channel proteins.
