what is an important difference between Italian and Engish languages in the use of adjectives?

in English, adjectives always remain the same, independently from who are they referred to. In Italian they change based on the genre of the object or person they are referred to. for example if I wan to say 1Luca is beautiful1 I'll say 'Luca è bello', while if I want to say 'Holly is beautiful' I'll say 'Holly è bella'
