What is Parliamentary Sovereignty ?

Parliamentary Sovereignty is the concept in that within the United Kingdom that the legislatiure (parliament) is the source of all legitimate political power. This power is then devolved to other bodies with the consent of parliament. This links into the uncodified nature of the UK constitution as pariament is not beholden to any entrenched ideas
