Plastic extruded material is made as a parison and passes through a mould. It connects to an air inlet in the bottom, and the sides of the mould are closed and tightenedHot air is blown into the cavity, forcing the plastic material to the edges of the mouldOnce the process is complete, the mould halves are opened and the product is removedExcess flash is removed, and the process is repeated.
