Explain what is meant by harassment?

Harassment means that there is offensive or intimidating behaviour, sexist language, or racial abuse used against employers or employees. This is used to intimidate, humiliate, undermine or injure the target. An example of harassment is deliberately hiding a colleagues bag at work on a number of occasions.
