What is meant by "Statistical Infrequency" as a definition of abnormality? (2 marks)

A persons behaviour would be classed as abnormal if it does not occur in the majority of the general population. For example, OCD is classed as abnormal via this definition of abnormality as it only occurs in 0.5% of the population
