The capacity of the sensory memory is all the sensory information been experienced at one time, the duration is about half a second. The capacity of the short term memory is 7 items, +/- 2, while the duration is about 30 seconds. The capacity of the long term memory is unlimited, as is the duration but items can decay and fade overtime.
