Outline two ways that planning and education can reduce the impacts of earthquakes (4)

One way to reduce impacts of earthquakes is to regulate building infrastructure planning to ensure that all buildings are installed with rollers that move with the seismic activity underground. Secondly, education can be beneficial in teaching responses when an earthquake occurs - this may be simply to hide under a table or something with solid structure that may protect you from the falling building.
