(1) In the drink, all six faces are in contact with the liquid (or) On the kitchen surface, only one of the faces is in contact with a solid and the rest are in contact with the air (or) On the kitchen surface, most of the faces are in contact with the air.

(1) Liquids have a higher particle collisions than gases because particles are packed together more densely (or converse)

(1) Therefore heat transfer occurs more quickly in a liquid (or) Therefore the rate of heat transfer is greater in a liquid (strong reasoning required)
