What do sources A and B suggest about Nazi attitudes towards workers?

Both sources imply that the workers were treated well by the Nazi regime. In source A there is a focus on worker's rights and liberty, and similarly to B where we see the workers be treated to lunch, there is a mention of bread. Given the intentions of the Nazi regime to maximise efficiency, one can deduce that the reason for this good treatment is to 'drive Germany forward with Hitler'. Similarly, in source B, whilst the workers are being given lunch, there is a stark reminder of their role by both the large image of workers and the Nazi flag in the background. Overall, from both sources we can learn that the Nazi's strongly valued the workers and were willing to reward them in return for their efforts within the regime.
