List five (5) risk factors for coronary heart disease, and briefly outline a piece of evidence for each one (5)?

(Chapter: further human physiology)
Factor + explanation (1 point for each) for coronary heart disease (CHD):-Genetics: CHD tends to run in some families-Age: CHD is a disease of old age-Gender: men are more likely to have CHD-Smoking: smokers are at higher risk for CHD (smoking "stiffens" the arteries, often leading to high blood pressure in the long term)-Lack of exercise/sedentary lifestyle: contributes to obesity and high blood pressure-Diet/obesity: high saturated fat intake correlate with CHD -High blood pressure: arguably the most important risk factor, causes strain to the heart.
