solve the inequality x^2-4x+4>0

x2 -4x+4>0 => (x-2)(x-2)>0. We can illustrate this line on a graph showing a quadratic whose vertex is at (2,0). Therefore, the answer to our inequality is x<2,x>2 (but x does not equal 2) for all real numbers x.

James is 7 years older than Kate. Sam is twice as old as James. The sum of their ages is 77. Find the ratio of Kate's age to James' age to Sam's age.

Differentiate the following: 7x^2 - 3x^3 + 5 + 27x

Show that the two lines are parallel: L1: 4y = 24x +12, L2: 2y + 13 = 12x
