Differentiate 3x^(3) + 7x^(2) -4x

Using the formula for differentiation: if y=axN then dy/dx= Na*xN-1 apply this to each term in the equation given; first term: dy/dx= 9x2second term: dy/dx= 14xthird term: dy/dx= - 4Combining all three this gives: dy/dx= 9x2 + 14x - 4

Complete the indefinite integral : ∫x lnx dx

why does log a + log b = log (ab)

I'm supposed to calculate the differential of f(x)= sin(x)*ln(x)*(x-4)^2 using the product rule. I know what the product rule is but I can't split this into two bits that are easy to differentiate. How do I do it?

Differentiation basics: What is it?
