Give me an example of a time when you demonstrated leadership skills

The candidate will be expected to give a specific example of such and explain it in details for either 3-5 minutes. The person listening wants to ensure that the candidate is confident and comfortable with showing leadership skills as this is an essential skill when in medical school and further, when being a doctor. The example could be from being the team captain for the sports team or leading a charity event within your community. Anything is acceptable and nothing is really considered too broad as long as the candidate can back up their point and show how their skills can be transferred to other aspects of their lives.
