The most important aspect of the essay is to show your ability to construct a strong line of argument and follow this through.
I would recommend considering no more than 2/3 issues in the essay as there you will be given 40 words to write a maximum of 750 words. The keys to success are: Write a brief, succinct plan to enable you to stick to the line of argument Clearly accentuate this line of argument continuously throughout the essay If you have facts and figures then include these, however - do not get caught up trying to remember or re-articulate these in a way that supports your argument. Facts and figures should be used if they are easily accessible and fit with your argument Allow time to proof-read your essay at the end. A high percentage of the marks for consistency are achieved through cohesive interpretation and so proof-reading is key.
