Simplify the equation 2x^3 . 3x^2

There are two parts to this expression, the coefficients and the powers of x, and they can be addressed separately.It's important to remember the rules of indices - am x an = am + nAlso remember that 2x3 is just 2 times x3With this in mind we can break the equation into (2 X 3) x (x3 X x2) which gives us 6 X x5 = 6x5
