find x: e^(3x-9) = 8

use rules: ln e^x = x*ln(e) and ln(e) = 1. find natural log of each side: (3x-9)ln(e)=ln(8). rearrange: x= (ln(8)+9)/3

Given that y=(4x+1)^3*sin(2x) , find dy/dx

Find the minimum and maximum points of the graph y = x^3 - 4x^2 + 4x +3 in the range 0<=x <= 5.

Express 6cos(2x) + sin(x) in terms of sin(x), hence solve the equation 6cos(2x) + sin(x) = 0 for 0<x<360

Solve the following equation: x^(3) - 6x^(2) + 11x - 6 = 0
