A cycle race is 3069.25 miles. Juan travels at a speed of 15.12 miles per hour. He cycles for 8 hours a day. Estimate how many days Juan will take to complete the race.

s = d/ t= 3069.25/ 15.12It is an estimated value, so you may use rounded values = 3000/ 15= 200 hours He will be travelling 8 hours every day= 200/ 8= 25 days

a + 6b = 8 5th term: a + 18b = 44
term 1: a + 6b = 8term 2: a + 18b = 44
term 2 - term 1: 12b = 36b = 36/12 = 3
a + 6b = 8a + 6(3) = 8a = 8-18 = -10
