The perimeter of a right-angled triangle is 81 cm. The lengths of its sides are in the ratio 2 : 3 : 4. Work out the area of the triangle.

Answer is 243cm2. 2+3+4 = 981/9 = 9Non-hypotenuse sides of triangle are therefore length (9x2=18) and (9x3=27)Area of triangle is (18x27)/2 = 243
