1/R_t= 1/R₁ + 1/R₂ The equation for resistors in parrallel. If R₁ and R₂ are both 2 ohms then 1/R_t = 1/2 +1/2 = 1 so R_t = 1 ohm....

You can use E= hf_o + KE and E=hf (Einstien's equations) to work how the frequency of a photon, where f_o is the threshold frequency and h is Planck's constant.
