It is a point on a graph described by its numerical values. For example (2,3) would be 2 along the x-axis and 3 along the y-axis.

Let a = 4b + 5(c - b). Find the value of c when a = 8 and b = 7.

Solve 5x + 3 = 45

Insert one pair of brackets so that this calculation is correct; 3 x 6 + 5 - 1 = 32

Solve the two simultaneous equations: 2y + x = 8 [A] and 1 + y = 2x [B]
