How do I write a good introduction and conclusion?

A conclusion should not be a repetition of your introduction. In your introduction you should analyse the key words of the question and establish the points you will discuss in depth in your essay. You should also begin to establish your stance on the question in your introduction. By your conclusion it should be clear what your answer to the question is. You should tie together any loose ends and assert your view on the question.  To ensure your conclusion is different to your introuduction- try to include something new! For example, you could include your personal opinion.
