Aerobic respiration uses oxygen/O2 while anaerobic respiration doesn't use oxygen.Aerobic respiration produces carbon dioxide/CO2 as a waste product while anaerobic respiration doesn't (it produces lactic acid)Aerobic respiration produces much more energy than anaerobic respiration.
