Phagocytosis occurs:The Macrophage surrounds and envelops the pathogen with pseudopodia The pseudopodia envelops the bacteria completely forming a vesicle, called a phagosomephagosome is fused with a lysosome and hydrolytic enzymes attack and digest the bacteria the antigens are not The antigens are taken and presented and MHCII sites where they can then activate a complimentary Lymphocyte
