The equation of line 1 is: 3y-5x+3=0. The equation of line 2 is : y= 5x/3+9. Check whether the 2 lines intercept.

Rearranging the first equation: 3y=5x-3Then dividing by 3 so that the equation of the line will become in the form of y=mx+c, where m is the gradient and c is the interception point with the y-axis (0,c)We get y=5x/3-1 Then by comparing the gradients of the 2 lines, it can be seen that they have the same gradient. Since the 2 lines are not the same (c1≠ c2), it can be deduced that the lines are parallel. Hence the 2 lines do not intercept.
