In what ways did Germany contribute to the outbreak of WW1

Germany was an aggressive power during the July crisis of 1914. Austrian diplomats noted that the German government was pushing to use the assassination of Franz Ferdinand to start a war of aggression with France and Russia. This effort was spear headed by General Moltke who had reformed the German army and wished to attack his enemies before they had a chance to complete similar reforms.Germany also undertook it's own aggressive action before the war started in earnest. Germany alone was responsible for France entering the war as they sent a list of outrageous demands to the French and invaded before they had even had chance to respond. Their is no guarantee that France would have joined the war until this point.
