How to differentiate 2x^5-4x^3+x^2 with respect to x

Rule of differentiating is to times down by the power and then reduce it by one.

Firstly we will handle the 2x5:

(2*5)x5-1=10x4

If we do this with the rest of the terms we get:

10x4-12x2+2x
