(6x+4)/(2x- 2) + 3 = 4 solve for x

divide fraction by 2

3x+2 / x-1  + 3 = 4

multiply by x-1

3x + 2 + 3x - 3 = 4x - 4

6x -1 = 4x -4

2x = -3

x= -3/2
