Solve y=x^2 - 1, y=5 - x

x= -3, y= 8 and x= 2, y= 3
(1) 5 - x = x^2 - 1(2) x^2 + x - 6 = 0(3) (x+3)(x-2) = 0(4) when x = -3, y= 5 - (-3) = 8(5) when x = 2, y= 5 -(2) = 3
